Technical Specifications of Metal Adhesive

The Everglue 5-Minute Epoxy Liquid Metal is based on epoxy resin and contains a metal component that provides extra strength. The adhesive is gray and has a viscosity of ~8,000-16,000 mPa·s at +25 °C. The density is 1.4 g/ml. The cured resin has a hardness of 85 Shore D and a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +120 °C. The gap filling capacity is 3 mm and the final strength is reached after 24 hours. With a tensile shear strength of over 10 MPa (N/mm²) and a modulus of elasticity of 125,000-175,000 psi, this epoxy resin 2-component is ideal for demanding applications. It is also suitable for filling cracks in wood with epoxy resin and for use as a 2K component adhesive for various materials.
