SPORTY is an easy-to-build aileron trainer model with excellent slow flight characteristics. The wings are simply built on a slipway. The agile model is controlled via elevator, aileron and rudder. In addition, the model can be equipped with landing flaps.

The wing is constructed in two parts and is put together before mounting on the fuselage.

Due to the low flight speed, Sporty is very suitable for learning to fly with a motor model and ailerons. The very detailed building instructions with 3D construction stage drawings guide you through the entire construction. For the covering of the wings and the tail, covering paper is included in the kit, and the building instructions also contain a detailed video tutorial in which the covering is explained.

The kit contains: All components made of lasered wood, small parts, linkages, covering paper for tails, landing gear with wheels, 3D construction instructions.

A tow coupling can be installed as an option, the parts of which are already included in the kit. All that is needed is another AN-12-MGBBA servo. With the tow coupling, smaller glider models such as the Lilienthal 40 can be towed to the starting altitude. An ideal trainer for those who want to learn how to tow larger aircraft.

For the Sporty model, a matching drive set is offered under the number 1367/01 (contains motor, ESC, propeller, driver, 4 servos, servo extension cable).

If the optional flaps are to be installed, 2 servos 7003/74 and 1 pair of servo extension cables 7457/60 are also required. For the optional tow coupling another servo 7003/74 is required.
