The ChungYang 2-stroke engine with 27cc pulls the Pitbull X forward with 2.7 hp (standard version 1.5 hp). In addition to the engine, the servos for throttle/brake (18kg/cm actuating force) and steering (48kg/cm max. 62kg/cm) have also been optimized. The increased power in the drive as well as the faster steering make the Pitbull X evolution much more manoeuvrable than its famous predecessor. The typical wheels of the Pitbull X have also been replaced in the Evolution version by new, coarse-tread off-road wheels. The wheel drivers have also been extended from 22mm to 24mm. The monocoque chassis is made of black anodized aluminum. All aluminum parts such as shock towers, shock absorber parts, stiffening parts, etc. are anodized in trendy gun metal.
